Community Teacher Support
In order to improve the teacher student ratio as compared to the prescribed SSA Norm (1:30), total number of 178 honorary community teachers have been provided in vernacular medium schools.
- Angul – 36 community teachers in 24 schools.
- Jeraldaburu – 05 community teachers in 2 schools.
- Barbil – 27 community teachers in 23 Govt. Schools.
- Tensa – 26 community teachers in 15 schools.
- Raigarh – 44 community teachers 23 schools.
- Tamnar – 40 community teachers in 36 Government school.
- Tensa – 26 community teachers in 15 schools.
Till date benefitting more than 50000 students and Pupil – Teacher Pupil ratio have improved from 1:53 to 1:25.
